Born Yesterday, err uhm, TODAY!

I can remember sitting in Sunday school class as a child watching the teacher place a cut out Jesus on the felt board as she told a story. I can't remember what the parable was she was teaching us but I remember a question I asked her. "Will there be cats in heaven?" I asked Mrs. Swenson. She responded, "If cats make you happy, then there will be cats in heaven." That worked for me. I'm sure I've spoken to you all about the karmic properties of cats and kittens. I believe the amount of love and care you show a cat or kitten is returned to you greatly magnified. So, adopt a cat or kitten and watch the magic happen.

  1. Kim,
That is cutest thing I have seen in a very long time. Just adorable! :)
That is funny that your teacher would say that! I guess she figured whatever would make you happy must be in heaven! I haven't had a pet in the longest time... once I quit moving so much I will.

  3. Awwwwww...look at that fuzzy face! My parents and sister just adopted a kitty a few weeks ago since we moved to the USA (see article http://levelonoir.blogspot.com/2011/03/nadia-le-chat.html). She's quite a delightful creature and I'll get to see her again when I visit my family next week.
